sir my hieght is 5.10″ sir i can do 20 push up,s in 1 mint 20 situps in 1 mint 5 chiin ups in 1 mint

but i do not know the prodecure about how i join this force.
i request you please tell me the complete information of this force requirement .and tell me the height and age requirement.
