The process of selection of commandos start when u are selected for army training.. and after some weeks the specific team of ssg commandos select boys for ssg training

Yes u can apply for SSg if u have a strong body language and an inteligent mind. But it is not an easy training. Many boys reject in this training. Firstly you have to pass a very difficul medical examination. If any of your body part will not according to their requirement they will reject you. Even a single body part…….

General physical requirements common for all candidates.
1. You must be in good physical and mental health and free from any disease/ disability, which is likely to interfere with efficient performance of duties. There should be no evidence of weak constitution, bodily defects or overweight.
2. Your chest should be well developed. The minimum range of expansion after full inspiration should be 5 cm.
3. There should be no disease of bones and joints of the body.
4. You should be free of any past history of mental breakdown or fits.
5. Your hearing should be normal without any evidence of present or past disease of the ear, nose and throat.
6. There should be no sign of functional or organic disease of the heart and blood vessels. Your blood pressure should also be normal.
7. The muscles of the abdomen should be well developed without any enlargement of the liver or spleen. Any evidence of disease of internal organs of the abdomen can be a cause for rejection.
8. An un-operated hernia can make you unfit for selection. If operated, this should have been done at least six months prior to the present examination and healing should be complete without any potential for recurrence.
9. There should be no hydrocele, varicocele or piles. If operated for hydromel and/or varicocele, this should have been done at least six months prior to the present examination and healing should be complete without any recurrence.
10. Urine examination will be done and any abnormality, if detected, can be a cause for rejection.
11. Any disease of the skin, which is likely to cause disability or disfigurement, will also be a cause for rejection.
12. Vision will be tested. You must have good binocular vision. In case you have undergone or are detected to have undergone Radial Keratotomy, or any other procedure to improve the visual acuity, you will be permanently rejected.
13. You should have sufficient number of natural and sound teeth. A minimum of 14 dental points will be acceptable. When 32 teeth are present, the total dental points are 22. You should not be suffering from severe pyorrhea.
Step 1
As all the recruitments are done through rallies so the first step towards joining is to contact nearest Branch recruiting Office/Zonal Recruiting Office and get the details of Rally schedule and report to rally site on the dates announced on Notice Board along with your Educational Certificate, Birth Certificate (in original) domicile certificate, character certificate and six passport size photographs.
Step 2
One has to go for the Physical Fitness Tests (PFT) carrying following events of 100 marks in all.
(a) 1 Mile Run
(b) Pull Ups
(c) Balance
(d) 9 Feet Ditch
Details of the marks awarded in each test individually.
(a) 1 Mile Run
(i) 5.40 Mins and below – 60 Mks
(ii) 5.41 Mins to 5.50 – 48 Mks
(iii) 5.51 Mins to 6.00 – 36 Mks
(iv) 6.01 Mins to 6.20 – 24 Mks
(b) Pull Ups
(i) 10 and above – 40 Mks
(ii) 9 – 32 Mks
(iii) 8 – 28 Mks
(iv) 7 – 21 Mks
(v) 6 – 16 Mks
(c) Balance & 9 Feet Ditch
These are qualifying tests hence no marks are awarded.

First of all join PAK ARMY & then u should volunteer 4 SSG…..
This is a five day process of selecting candidates. ordinarily 30 boys are selected twice a year 4 training.. In SSg training, rejection rate iz 80%. SSg is a type of SPECIAL FORCE. Buy a book of ISSB test from your nearerbook shop u will find all relevant information of all procedure of ISSB.
NOTE: 95% selection is carried out in interview if u will pass ur interview then u will be 98% selected.. so prepare ur interview. and have a control on ur emotions during interview. they will check ur maturity during whole process.
They can ask u questions like “Can i sleep with ur sister”.. so b calm and don’t hyper. candidates who have full control on their emotions are selected 4 the training… Remember my points!!! ok???

I love pak army commandos. But i want to ask a question. Now girls r in every field of life. In sports, athletes, boxing. In police, & police commandos. Even they join “larraka army”, then y girls are not selected for army commandos? Plz plz give me satisfactory answer. I m waiting anxiously.

Ahmed Imran u can’t join SSg untill and unless u join Army and ur age limit is over. If u r a graduate student then u could join Army For short term commision
And Habiba the Training of SSg is not any game. Even the rate of rejection for men is 80%. so u can understand that the girls can’t do that…… In Ssg u have to face vvvvvveeerrryyyy severe weather, environment and much more
