Man of the match – Yunis Khan with Triple Century

The captain of Pakistan team Yunis Khan was rightly declared as Man of the Match for his superb triple century. He was dismissed today for 313 runs which is his individual best. Yunis played a brave innings under pressure. Although he missed the record of Legend Inzimam ul Haq 329 runs and Pakistan highest test score by Legend Haneef Mohammad 334 runs against West Indies in 1958.
Yunis showed an aggressive attack on Sri-Lanka in 2nd innings and at one stage Sri-Lanka lost 5 wickets at 120 runs. However the match was ended as a draw.
Second test would be on played at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore on 1st of March 2009.

Yunis Khan is a great batsman and also a great captain . InshaAllah Pakistani team will show better performance in his captaincy .

Yes no doubt, he is a great batsman and he proved that for him team comes first and then his personal performance. We wish him and Pakistan team best of luck for future matches.
