Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan is a “Free Citizen”

After 5 years of house arrest the Hero of the Nation Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan has been declared a “Free Citizen” by Islamabad High Court on Friday, however the agreement between the federal Government and Dr. A.Q Khan is kept secret.
He is free to move any where in the country, meet his relatives and friends subject to the security. However he will be needing a permission from Government in order to travel abroad.

Dr. A.Q Khan has been serving his country for many years and made Pakistan a first Islamic Nuclear Power. He is a role model for millions of people within as well as outside the country. He has been awarded with “Hilal-i-Imtiaz” and “Nishan-i-Imtiaz“.
